How to start a refund?

General Return Policy

  • Return Window: We accept returns for items purchased within 30 days unless otherwise negotiated prior to purchase or consignment. For consignment inquiries, please contact us at order@educationalcoin.com.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition.
  • Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail as the most affordable shipping methods.
  • Refunds: Refunds apply to the purchase price of the product and applicable state sales tax only. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
  • Packaging: Please ensure that your order is repackaged properly. Educational Coin will not be responsible for any shipping damages that occur in transit.

International returns

When creating listings for your products, we highly recommend including a disclaimer that informs customers about potential additional shipping charges for multiple-piece orders. This transparency helps manage customer expectations and avoid any surprises at checkout.

Options for Handling Shipping Costs:

  • Absorb the Cost: You can choose to include the shipping costs in the price of the goods. This way, customers see a single price without separate shipping fees.
  • Charge Separately: Alternatively, you can charge the exact shipping costs as an additional fee during checkout.
